Ordering Information
Current timescales are approximately 8 weeks depending on the order. If you require your order sooner please let me know and I will endeavour to meet this. An extra charge may apply for guaranteed delivery to ensure it arrives on time which you will be advised of. All timescales will be confirmed before the order is finalised.
To place an order please email lynsey@lynseysdesigns.co.uk quoting the name of the item(s) you require and full contact details (name, address, telephone number & date of wedding).
Further information can be found on the Terms and Conditions page. As all items are handcrafted please ensure you are happy with the design before ordering as I unfortunately cannot offer a refund. An exchange may be offered for another item already available on my website unless the piece has been customised to your specific requirements. In the event that your order has arrived faulty I will send a replacement and arrange for the original to be returned. For hygiene reasons, I cannot refund or exchange earrings unless faulty. Further information and pictures can be supplied to help you make the correct choice.
If you wish to change anything on the design you have picked a slight price adjustment may apply which I will confirm with you prior to finalising the order. As soon as you change anything on the design it is then classified as a bespoke order and therefore the Terms and Conditions regarding returns are not applicable unless the item is faulty.
Please note that since each piece is handcrafted there may be some slight variation from the photographs you see however this will be minimal.
Specific ordering details
Most jewellery is available in silver plated, gold plated or sterling silver. Please specify which metal you prefer when ordering. Silver and Gold Plated can tarnish over time and this does not classify an item as faulty.
All jewellery is made to order to ensure you get the perfect fit therefore please let me know what length you require for the necklace and bracelet. The best way to do this is to measure an item you already have and like the length of or use a piece of string and then measure that. All measurements need to include the clasp if you are measuring an item you already have. Please note that if a jewellery order does not fit Lynsey’s Designs will not be held responsible for this so please ensure you provide the correct measurements.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. I accept Paypal, bank transfer or cheque and will provide payment details at the time of confirming your order. All payments must be cleared before the approximate timescales given to you will begin.
Postage
All orders are packaged in appropriate presentations boxes and placed in bubbled wrapped packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Orders under £30 will be sent via Recorded Delivery unless otherwise requested and the cost will depend on the weight to ensure the fairest price for you (ranging from £2.50 – £4.00).
Items over £30 will be sent via Special Delivery as this provides guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day and immediate compensation should the item go missing. Special Delivery costs from £6.00.
If you opt for an alternative method from the one Lynsey’s Designs has suggested e.g. first class or recorded delivery then this will be at your own risk should the item go missing. Lynsey’s Designs will not be held responsible as no compensation can be sought from Royal Mail.
