REFUNDS
As every item is handcrafted by Lynsey’s Designs, and therefore a lot of time is involved in creating your order, refunds are only offered as required under your statutory rights in the unlikely event that goods are faulty or if you have ordered a standard website design.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order within a 7 day ‘cooling-off’ period only if you have purchased a standard design from the website and if the order was not made to your own specification or personalised.
* You must contact Lynsey’s Designs in writing (email is acceptable) within 2 days of receipt of purchase and the item/s must be returned to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery within 7 days. If Lynsey’s Designs does not receive notification that the order is unwanted/faulty within 2 days of receipt then neither an exchange or refund is offered. Refunds will not be offered if the items have been used or your wedding date has past. Date of receipt of purchase is determined by the Royal Mail tracking service which Lynsey’s Designs will confirm with Royal Mail before agreeing to the return of any item. Bespoke orders are not entitled to an exchange/refund unless faulty.
